Hotel General Manager

Duties:
- Oversee and manage all aspects of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest services
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction are maintained
- Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue and occupancy rates
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure profitability
- Supervise and train staff members, providing guidance and support as needed
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and excellent guest experiences

Experience:
- Previous experience as hotel GM is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus
- Knowledge of hospitality management principles and practices
- Familiarity with front desk operations, guest relations, and revenue management

Pay: $80,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
